A Virginia Drivers’ Education Company wanted to incept a web site that offered its course online. The site; however, had to abide by restrictions and guidelines set forth by the Virginia DMV. These included time minimums for chapter reading, dynamic quizzes that graded the quiz instantaneously in order to make the student re-read the chapter and re-take the quiz, and a simplified way to allow the owner to change the content including the complicated back-end test portion. Customized reporting on each user, final test qualifier and test site was also needed.

Web Emerse produced a scalable web site for Virginia Driver Improvement that met all of the requirements of the DMV and also allowed for quick editing. A full content management system was implemented for the entire site even the complicated back-end. The owner could not only add and edit questions and answers but could even change the time limits set for each chapter all under budget.
