Network Operations Center:

SONET Ring technology with dual OC-12 and multiple DS-3 fiber optic lines for backbone fail over. Bandwidth capacity kept at twice the peak usage rate. BGP-4 routing protocol provides stable, efficient and intelligent routing.

The two OC-12 rings are synchronized for fail over capability. If one ring is disabled or cut off, net traffic is redirected via the alternate ring until the original ring is restored to full functionality.

Our Network Operations and Hub facilities are located at Intelsat's Germany Teleport. Web Emerse Terrestrial Fiber Links to London, New York, Washington, and Houston provides access to other public and private networks across the Intelsat Global Network .

These fiber links allow Web Emerse to provide end to end connectivity. From a DS3 bandwidth in Houston linked to Fuchstaddt Teleport, Web Emerse Private Networks provide hack - proof private addressing that does not come in contact with the public internet. The results are pristine phone calls, video conferencing and data pathways.

Web Emerse's clients and facilities are locally managed by local Web Emerse Support Staff as Level 1 Support. Escalation to Intelsat's NOC, ViaSat's NOC, and Web Emerse NOC operations are done via the Web Emerse Contact Center.

The teleport in Fuchstaddt is the heart of the satellite system. It is managed on a 24 hour 7 days per week basis locally and remotely.
